How long does it take to process orders?

✿ Generally, it will take approximately 2-3 business days to process your order. If there is a larger batch of orders it may take me an additional day or so! 

 

How long does shipping take?

✿ Letter mail usually takes approximately 1 week to arrive. 

✿ Packages usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

✿ Please note that these are just estimates and that there may be shipping delays due to COVID-19 (as stated on the official USPS website), weather conditions, or due to the Holidays. 

 

Why doesn't my order have a tracking number?

✿ If you chose the letter mail option it will be untracked. These orders are sent out via stamped mail. If you would like tracking and a more accurate time frame for the delivery of your order please upgrade your shipping to the USPS First Class Package option. 

 

What should I do if my order is lost?

✿ Unfortunately, it is out of my control once packages are handed off to the post office. I cannot provide any more assistance with untracked letter mail. If you chose the USPS First Class Package option, I will do my best to help you locate the package, but I cannot guarantee that it will be found. Please contact your local post office for additional assistance. 

 

What should I do if the mailing address I provided was incorrect?

✿ Please let me know as soon as possible if you provided me with the incorrect mailing address so I can send your order out to the correct one. I CANNOT change the address once I mail it out and NO refunds will be issued. As a customer it is your responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Please double check your address before checking out! 

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

✿ All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Can I refund or cancel my order?

✿ Refunds and cancellations are possible only if I have not shipped your order yet. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to process. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?

✿ I currently do not offer international shipping here on my website :( Please head over to my Etsy Shop to place an order if you are outside of the U.S.

 

Have an issue with your order?
